Christmas Day.

We had a happy time this Christmas.
Gran looking at her photo album present.
Presents everywhere.
Something amusing happening!
Byron was a popular guest.
My extremely handsome son George bought me a bottle of 18 year old malt. Just holding the bottle makes me appear drunk. I haven't touched a drop!
A Christmassy corner.
Gran tucks in to her Christmas dinner.
The waiter brings in another plateful.
I wish I'd removed that jar of horse radish sauce from the table.
Reading cracker jokes. George must have been hungry!
Gran and Charlie relax.
Great Grandma's 19th century card game. A family heirloom.
Hope you had a lovely time too.

  6. It sure looks like you all had a good time and plenty to eat. Now you have to explain who everyone is as you have only mentioned a son before now you produce a family.

  7. Paul: I hope you are OK and not too affected by the recent earthquake.
I haven't started the malt yet. It is to be savoured as an occasional glass, when relaxing by the fireside.
Diane: I shall be explaining my unconventional family life in a blog soon.
